Job Vacancy: Production Team LeaderCompany Field: Animal Feed ManufacturingAs per the requirements below:Duties and responsibilities: - Execute the daily production plan according to the schedule approved by the Production Manager.- Distribute tasks among control room operators and loading/unloading workers to ensure smooth operational processes.- Monitor workflow on production lines and ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.- Monitor operational efficiency and submit daily reports on production, malfunctions, and downtime to the Production Manager.- Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to address malfunctions and technical problems as quickly as possible to ensure continuous operation.- Supervise the loading and unloading process and ensure the safe handling of raw materials and finished products.- Implement occupational safety procedures within the production area and ensure all employees adhere to them.- Monitor waste and losses during production and work to minimize them in cooperation with the Production Manager.- Train new employees on safe and proper operating procedures.- Ensure the readiness of equipment, tools, and materials before the start of each shift.- Submit observations and suggestions for process improvement to the Production Manager.- Monitor team adherence to attendance and departure times and maintain discipline at work sites.- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager within the scope of work.Required Qualifications and Skill:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.- Practical experience of not less than (3) years in the field of production in Feed Mill.- Strong knowledge of industrial operations, production lines, and control systems.- Excellent supervisory skills and the ability to manage teams and motivate employees.- Strong follow-up, organizational, and daily reporting skills.- Familiarity with occupational safety procedures and product quality standards.- Proficiency in computer use and production or ERP System.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3 Years : 6 years (Required)</li></ul>

Job Vacancy: ChemistCompany Field: Animal Feed ManufacturingAs per the requirements below:Duties and responsibilities:▪ Maintain the cleanliness of the laboratory and adhere to occupational health and safety procedures and standards.▪ Monitor the laboratory and equipment usage schedule.▪ Follow the correct instructions for using laboratory equipment.▪ Implement ISO 1702 quality management system standards in all laboratory activities.▪ Submit records and reports of technical test results to the supervisor.▪ Supervise all tests of feed, raw materials, fertilizers, minerals, and water according to sound standards and requirements and in accordance with quality standards.▪ Manage and submit regular reports to the laboratory's chemical supervisor.▪ Submit periodic reports on any observations regarding equipment performance and general condition, and request maintenance when necessary. &bull; Ensure adherence to quality standards for test results and outputs, and communicate with the supervisor in case of any errors.<ul><li>Conduct periodic external testing of materials to compare results, verify accuracy, and correct any errors.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products of any type, such as water, food, animal feed, minerals, and fertilizers, as required by the client.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor sample handling according to the quality system, from sample receipt to disposal, and document all processes according to the established system.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform some logistical and administrative tasks for the laboratory outside of its core work.</li></ul><ul><li>Possess comprehensive knowledge of operating and performing routine daily maintenance on LCMS and GCMS instruments.</li></ul><ul><li>Have two consecutive years of experience working specifically with LCMS and GCMS instruments.</li></ul><ul><li>Have prior experience working with fruit, vegetable, and food samples.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in chemistry or a related field.Required Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in commercial laboratories, specifically with LCMS+GCMS equipment.Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail in laboratory procedures; excellent communication skills; teamwork skills; problem-solving skills; time management skills; observation and decision-making skills in critical situations; strong technical knowledge.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>3 Years : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
