<div><p>FEFA LLC is seeking a skilled <b>AI Application Developer</b> to design and deliver custom AI applications for federal and private clients, as well as internal learning solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience building end-to-end solutions with <b>M365</b>, <b>Copilot Studio</b>, and the <b>Power Platform</b>, while also bringing strong full-stack development expertise and a background in applied AI.</p>

Key Responsibilities</b></h4>
<ul><li><b>Copilot Studio Integration:</b> Build and maintain conversational workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio to connect workers and learners with LLM-powered support.</li>
<li><b>Data Capture &amp; Processing:</b> Design mechanisms to harvest and process data from user prompts and interactions across M365 applications.</li>
<li><b>Classification Model Development:</b> Build and train NLP-based classification models that accurately assign user prompts to topics within external taxonomies.</li>
<li><b>Data Repositories:</b> Create backend systems that compile user activity into various formats, reports, and other applications.</li>
<li><b>Analytics &amp; Dashboards:</b> Develop APIs and leverage Power BI to deliver user analytic dashboards.</li>
<li><b>Full Stack Delivery:</b> Own the architecture, including front-end UI, back-end services, and data pipelines powering various applications.</li>
</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></h4>
<ul><li>Proven experience developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform).</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience building and training classification models (NLP preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to integrate data pipelines with analytics tools such as Power BI.</li>
<li>Familiarity with taxonomy mapping, data rollups, and workforce/learning systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in a collaborative, iterative environment.</li>

<li>Must reside within the United States.</li>
