We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Content Creator to own FELFEL&rsquo;s brand voice and visual identity. This is a creative, hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll produce high-performing, on-brand content for social, web, and events&mdash;bringing our story to life across every channel.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
IN SHORT</h4>
This is the role for someone who wants to be the creative heartbeat of FELFEL. You&rsquo;ll tell our story through stunning visuals, compelling videos, and authentic social content that builds a brand people love. 
We want someone who knows what performs on social, who can film a chef in the morning, edit the video over lunch, and have it live on Instagram by the afternoon&mdash;with captions people actually read and engage with. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the VP Growth and digital marketing team to ensure every piece of content drives engagement, followers, tastings, and inbound leads.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
</h4><ul><li>Own FELFEL&rsquo;s Visual Identity: Be the guardian of FELFEL&rsquo;s brand look &amp; feel across all platforms.</li><li>
Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing videos and photos for social, web, and paid ads.</li><li>
Social Media Management: Create engaging posts and captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.</li><li>
Ad Creatives: Produce 10&ndash;20 fresh creatives per week that drive CTR, engagement, and tastings booked.</li><li>
Storytelling at Scale: Collaborate with chefs, partners, and internal teams to create authentic stories about food, hospitality, and FELFEL&rsquo;s mission.</li><li>
Event &amp; Brand Collateral: Design visuals for events, merchandise, and printed materials.</li><li>
Website Content &amp; SEO: Publish and optimize content on our website for search, speed, and conversion.</li><li>
Creative Innovation: Test new formats, reels, carousels, and storytelling techniques to grow reach and engagement.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
YOUR PROFILE</h4><ul><li>
Experience: 3&ndash;6 years in content creation, social media, or brand marketing, ideally in food, lifestyle, or retail brands.</li><li>
Creative Skills: Strong video and photography skills, with editing experience in tools like Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar.</li><li>
Social Media Savvy: You understand algorithms, trends, and what makes content go viral.</li><li>
Copywriting: You can write captions that are fun, on-brand, and actually stop people from scrolling.</li><li>
Hands-On: Comfortable managing shoots, editing quickly, and publishing fast without big agency overhead.</li><li>
Website Experience: You can update and optimize content on Squarespace and have basic SEO skills.</li><li>
Food Passion: You love food and hospitality and can capture this passion authentically in your work.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">

We&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale our digital marketing engine. This is a mid-level, hands-on role reporting directly to the VP Growth, where you&rsquo;ll own everything digital&mdash;from campaigns to analytics&mdash;helping FELFEL grow fast and smart.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
IN SHORT</h4>
This role is for someone who lives and breathes digital growth and wants to take full ownership of FELFEL&rsquo;s digital marketing presence. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for everything digital: building campaigns, optimizing our website, running A/B tests, analyzing data, and creating workflows that turn website visitors into qualified leads. 
You won&rsquo;t just be handed a playbook&mdash;you&rsquo;ll create it. We want someone who can spot opportunities, propose experiments, and translate results into growth strategies that work at scale. You&rsquo;ll work hand-in-hand with our content team to make sure every blog post, social ad, and landing page is fully optimized to drive traffic, capture leads, and move prospects through the funnel.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
</h4>In this role, you will:<ul><li> 
Build and Own Our Digital Strategy: Design and execute campaigns that move people from unawareness lead MQL SQL.</li><li>
Website Optimization: Manage our Squarespace website, improve speed, design, and SEO to increase visibility and conversions.</li><li>
Email Marketing &amp; Automation: Create email nurture flows, newsletters, and re-engagement campaigns in HubSpot to keep leads warm and moving through the pipeline.</li><li>
Landing Pages &amp; Lead Capture: Develop high-performing landing pages and forms for events, campaigns, and downloadable resources.</li><li>
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on CTAs, page layouts, and email subject lines to improve conversion rates.</li><li>
Campaign Analytics &amp; Reporting: Build dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot, analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPL, and MQL SQL rates, and use insights to refine campaigns.</li><li>
SEO &amp; Content Support: Collaborate with the content creator to ensure all content is optimized for search and integrated into lead generation workflows.</li><li>
Paid Campaign Support: Coordinate or manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns where needed.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, accounts, and food teams to ensure digital marketing campaigns align with FELFEL&rsquo;s overall business goals.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
YOUR PROFILE</h4><ul><li>
Experience: 3&ndash;5 years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS, food-tech, or e-commerce.</li><li>
Tools: Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Squarespace, GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and similar platforms.</li><li>
Growth Mindset: You understand the full lead funnel and know how to build scalable systems for awareness, lead generation, and conversion.</li><li>
Analytical Skills: You&rsquo;re comfortable diving into dashboards, pulling insights, and turning data into action.</li><li>
Hands-On Execution: You like working at a fast pace, building landing pages yourself, running A/B tests, and iterating quickly.</li><li>
Collaborative Spirit: You&rsquo;re comfortable working closely with the content team, sales team, and leadership to make sure campaigns align across departments.</li><li>
Strategic Thinking: You can plan big-picture growth initiatives but are also happy to roll up your sleeves to make them happen.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
