<div>We are a Houston-based content studio focused on TikTok live streaming and short-form video commerce.
We are hiring a Live &amp; Short Video Operations Specialist to support both our daily live sessions and content production.
Responsibilities: Short Video (Content)<ul><li>
Assist in filming TikTok short videos (scripts provided)
</li><li>Help manage shooting process (angles, lighting, flow)
</li><li>Coordinate with creators/actors during filming
</li><li>Organize and manage video content files
</li></ul>Live Stream (Operations)<ul><li>
Set up and assist TikTok live sessions
</li><li>Support hosts during live (product flow, timing, comments)
</li><li>Prepare products and talking points before live
</li><li>Track basic live performance (views, engagement, sales)
</li></ul><ul><li>️ General</li></ul><ul><li>
Help improve content and live performance
</li><li>Work closely with team to optimize workflow</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Fluent in English, good communication skills
</li></ul><ul><li>Organized and detail-oriented
</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
</li><li>Available for on-site work</li></ul>

Familiar with TikTok / social media
</li><li>Interest in content creation or live streaming
</li><li>Experience in retail, sales, or media

Benefits 
 Part-time Salary: Part time$18 per hour . Salary is paid every two weeks.
Full-time Salary: $3500-$5500 Negotiable based on work experience and ability.</div>
