Intake &amp; Customer Service SpecialistFeller &amp; Wendt, LLC is seeking an Intake Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our Salt Lake City office!Responsibilities &amp; Skills<ul><li>Answer calls with energy and enthusiasm.</li><li>Meet and greet potential clients while exhibiting excellent customer service 100% of the time.</li><li>Following scripts and call flows to assist with the screening of potential clients.</li><li>Sell the firm and the legal services that are provided.</li><li>Follow checklists, policies, and procedures related to your position.</li><li>Receive, scan, prepare and distribute daily inbound and outbound mail.</li><li>Maintaining and managing office inventory and supplies.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned by the Intake Manager.</li><li>Help set up and run focus groups.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent customer service experience.</li><li>Sales experience.</li><li>The ability to type at a minimum of 45WPM.</li><li>Knowledge of basic office skills, as well as knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Microsoft Word.</li><li>Excellent human relations and written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Employees in this position must exercise strict confidentiality in all matters.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle a multi-line phone system.</li><li>Possess dependable transportation.</li><li>Willing and able to travel locally to meet with potential clients during the workday.</li><li>Must be detail oriented.</li><li>Needs to be able to work well in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent attendance.</li></ul>Feller &amp; Wendt is a mid-size Plaintiff&rsquo;s Injury Law Firm and has become a leader in personal injury law with offices in Utah, Idaho and Arizona.
