Office Assistant / Service CoordinatorFellows Irrigation Services, Inc. has proudly served Collin County and surrounding areas since 1992, providing professional residential and commercial irrigation services. We are a small, team-focused company that values reliability, organization, and excellent customer service. We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant / Service Coordinator to support daily office operations and help manage our irrigation service schedule. This role is the central communication point between customers, office staff, and field technicians. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking.Office Hours / Expectations<ul><li>This role requires being physically present in the office during scheduled hours to assist customers and coordinate service technicians. This is not a remote position.</li><li>Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM.</li><li>We can offer some schedule flexibility for this position for the right candidate.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and manage incoming customer communications: phone calls, voicemail, text/chat, and email</li><li>Schedule and coordinate service appointments for irrigation technicians using Google Calendar</li><li>Manage and maintain the daily service route and technician schedules</li><li>Take clear and detailed messages for office staff via phone, email, or text</li><li>Help maintain smooth office operations, including ordering and stocking office supplies</li><li>Provide administrative support for office staff as needed</li><li>Run errands</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong basic computer skills</li><li>Must be comfortable using computers throughout the day, including managing emails, downloading/saving documents, navigating basic online portals</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Comfortable managing schedules/calendars and coordinating service calls</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
