Fellowship Square Tucson is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Associate (Leasing Agent) to join our team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and showcasing the benefits of our independent living community.<div> 
As a Sales Associate, you&rsquo;ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for individuals exploring a new chapter in life. You&rsquo;ll build relationships, showcase our community, and help prospective residents feel confident and excited about making Fellowship Square their next home.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Connect with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.</li><li>
Lead engaging tours and deliver personalized presentations.</li><li>
Assess needs, interests, and financial readiness to guide decision-making.</li><li>
Follow up with leads through thoughtful communication and outreach.</li><li>
Close leases and coordinate move-in details with care and professionalism.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records in property management software.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach and events.</li><li>
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and families.</li><li>
Represent Fellowship Square with warmth, integrity, and enthusiasm.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience in property leasing or sales.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills&mdash;both verbal and written.</li><li>
Ability to connect with older adults in a respectful and engaging way.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>
Familiarity with property management software is a plus.</li><li>
Typing speed of 20&ndash;30 WPM.</li><li>
Must be 18+ and of good moral character.</li><li>
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.</li><li>
A team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others.</li><li>
Experience in senior living or hospitality a plus.</li><li>
Yardi or other property management software experience a plus.

Pay Rate: Depending upon experience
