We are Fellowship Square Tucson, a not-for-profit senior living community, seeking a <b>Transportation Coordinator</b> to oversee and support our transportation services while leading a dedicated team of drivers who make a difference every day.</div><div></div><div><br>
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and committed to safety, service, and accountability.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Coordinate daily transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely, efficient service</li><li>
Supervise, support, and guide drivers to promote professionalism and safety</li><li>
Ensure compliance with transportation safety standards and regulations</li><li>
Oversee vehicle readiness, inspections, and maintenance coordination</li><li>
Respond to scheduling changes, service needs, or transportation issues</li><li>
Maintain accurate records related to drivers, vehicles, and transportation activity</li><li>
Serve as a point of contact for transportation questions, concerns, and service requests</li><li>
Foster a respectful, customer-focused experience for all passengers</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license (CDL preferred)</li><li>
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual a plus.</li><li>
Minimum of 2&ndash;4 years of transportation or fleet operations experience</li><li>
Demonstrated experience/knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance</li><li>
At least 1&ndash;2 years of supervisory or lead experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge of transportation safety and compliance standards</li><li>
Strong experience with MS Word programs</li><li>
Yardi experience a plus</li></ul><div><b>

Transportation Coordinator

We are seeking a kindhearted, energetic <b>Certified</b> <b>Caregiver/Med Tech</b> who has a genuine desire to help seniors and is committed to meeting their day-to-day needs while helping to preserve their dignity and quality of life.</div><div><br>
</div><div>The purpose of this position is to provide a broad range of support services to our Assisted Living residents, including but not limited to, <b>administering medications</b> to the residents in a safe, accurate, and timely manner based on medical chart records.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Administer prescribed medications to assisted living residents and maintain medical records.</li><li>
Order and complete medication records.</li><li>
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.</li><li>
Perform welfare checks on residents.</li><li>
Document and report care provided and resident observations.</li><li>
Provide physical assistance, laundry &amp; bedding assistance, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.</li><li>
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li><b>
Must be a Certified Caregiver in the state of Arizona.</b></li><li>
Must be available for on-call caregiver duties as scheduled by the Director.</li><li>
Must possess a current CPR and First Aid card, fingerprint clearance card, and recent TB test.</li><li>
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.</li><li>
Prior assisted living caregiving and medication administration experience a plus.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>
Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy.</li><li>
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.</li></ul><div><b>

A valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.</li><li>
