As the Shop Floor Operations Lead, you align people, processes, and parts&mdash;keeping CNC and milling operations on spec, on time, and OSHA-compliant. You champion training, quality checks, and a clean workspace, while maintaining the materials pipeline and supporting off-shift continuity.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
How You&rsquo;ll Make an Impact</b></h2><ul><li>
Convert the production plan into clear priorities and keep work moving.</li><li>
Schedule and coordinate daily activities; track output to stay on schedule.</li><li>
Participate in hiring and selection to strengthen the production team.</li><li>
Hold operators to quality standards through consistent, standardized checks.</li><li>
Manage training and cross-training programs; conduct regular check-ins to adjust learning paths.</li><li>
Establish performance expectations, observe results, provide structured feedback and appraisals, and administer discipline when warranted.</li><li>
Assist with scheduled safety inspections to uphold OSHA compliance.</li><li>
Promote a spotless, organized shop environment.</li><li>
Maintain inventory levels for raw materials, production supplies, packaging, and finished goods.</li><li>
Extend leadership to off-shift production to ensure continuity and control.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (required).</li><li>
3+ years of supervisory experience.</li><li>
Proven track record in fast-paced manufacturing (required).</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business management, operations management, engineering, or related field (preferred).</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Technical Know-How</b></h2><ul><li>
Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, QMS, and production principles.</li><li>
Experience with CNC and milling operations.</li><li>
Microsoft applications proficiency.</li><li>
ERP system knowledge.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
