We're looking for a motivated Full Time Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team and help us connect people with their perfect homes.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities.</li><li>
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective residents.</li><li>
Process lease applications, conduct credit and background checks, and prepare lease agreements.</li><li>
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections and key exchanges.</li><li>
Assist with resident retention efforts, including lease renewals and community events.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident interactions.</li><li>
Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and industry best practices.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
1+ year experience in property management preferred.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software OneSite and Real Page.</li><li>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Note</b>: This position requires you to work weekends.</p></div>
