 As a Fendi Assistant Store Manager, you will provide support in the overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience. You will lead and develop the team to ensure delivery operational excellence, drive the achievement of sales, and ensure that the highest level of client experience is always delivered.  Team Management &amp; Development:
 
 
 
 &bull; Empower and support the team so that they perform at their highest level to meet their individual and store objectives.
 
 
 &bull; Support in-store training routine and on-boarding of new hires.
 
 
 &bull; Assume the role of Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
 
 
 &bull; Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
 
 
 &bull; Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with the store leadership.
 
 
 &bull; Lead and empower the team to drive business: build a positive and harmonious work environment and champion collaboration within the team.
 
 
 &bull; Proactively assess and lead performance of the team associates.
 
 
 &bull; Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team by supporting them with Customer Journey, selling ceremony, client retention and encouraging cross selling.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure policies, brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
 
 
 
 Client and Business Management:
 
 
 
 &bull; Build and maintain client books, in-store appointments, meeting sales objectives.
 
 
 &bull; Handle quality of customer service to meet customer expectations.
 
 
 &bull; Help to develop improvement plans for improving Mystery Shopper Results.
 
 
 &bull; Implement appropriate CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
 
 
 &bull; Be aware of market trends and give feedback to Store Manager.
 
 
 &bull; Support in building long term client relationships, leveraging the client telling tools.
 
 
 &bull; Establish a client-centric mentality in store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handle any situation that may arise.
 
 
 &bull; Partner with store leadership to communicate and encourage the team on corporate strategy and relevant business operations.
 
 
 &bull; Cultivate action plans to help boost business and increase product performance, leveraging visual merchandise, client telling, training and collaboration.
 
 
 
 Visual Merchandising:
 
 
 
 &bull; Work with the Visual Merchandising Department to ensure Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards; periodically align visual merchandising and sales performance.
 
 
 Inventory Management
 
 
 &bull; Ensure that merchandise is accurately handled, displayed, stored, and maintained by team.
 
 
 &bull; Support in maintaining inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards, such as making sure cycle count procedures are accomplished per guidelines.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure opening/closing counting duties are completed as required.
 
 
 
 Retail Performance:
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure accurate procedures are being met regarding cash, credit card and check processing.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure petty cash is in accordance with company policy and procedure.
 
 
 &bull; Support in ensuring top store standards is being implemented and met.
 
 
 &bull; Assist with morning briefs as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Profile
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 3 years&rsquo; leadership experience in retail preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 2 years&rsquo; luxury experience preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience a plus.
 
 
 &bull; Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
 
 
 &bull; Proactive interpersonal abilities: the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.

 The Key Mission of the Store Manager is to successfully lead the Store by ensuring that all standards in terms of performance, processes and team management are compliant with FENDI values and guidelines.
 
 
 The Store Manager will be responsible for the business development and targets achievement by building up a loyal client base through the promotion of FENDI history, craftmanship, quality of materials and creativity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities

 Monitor and achieve store performance with relevant KPIs

 Act as brand ambassador to strengthen/build relationships with VIP clients

 Improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans

 Manage sales force to achieve sales goals effectively and clearly assign their day-to-day tasks

 Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, promote teamwork and maintain harmonious staff relations

 Enhance individual's performance by discussing individual performance every month, daily coaching
 </li>

 Work with HR Dept. in recruiting the most qualified applicants to meet the store needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise store personnel and enforce Company policies while adhering to proper procedures regarding disciplinary action
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the proper management of staffing roster to provide appropriate store coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up In-Store training routine
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Induction Training for new joiners and mentoring exercises
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify individual and team training needs to develop Talents and communicate these needs to HR Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day needs and administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and submit sales and operational reports to management in adherence to company's KPIs and policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Inform management of decisions and procedures relating to business made at store level and any staff issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Take necessary actions to effectively control costs and ensure efficient operation in the store
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that FENDI&rsquo;s standards are applied and maintained at all times across the customer service, internal control and back-office activities (stocks, administration, etc.)

 Ensure that Visual Merchandising is consistent with Company standards and display is always the best, aligned with sales performance
