The ideal candidate will be outgoing and have prior customer service experience. This position will require the individual to answer all incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence and any additional clerical duties.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.</li><li>Receive, place and screen telephone calls and convey detailed messages to the Attorney.</li><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.</li><li>Receive incoming mail and coordinate with Paralegal on handling procedures.</li><li>Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.</li><li>Work under the supervision of the Paralegal.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Interpersonal skills and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Detail oriented.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li><li>Ability to problem solve and follow up independently.</li><li>In-person position.</li></ul>This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment where your skills will be valued.
