<div><b>Responsibilities Include</b></div>
<div></div>
<ul><li>Review online vehicle inventory daily to ensure accuracy on dealer website and 3rd party websites. Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies.</li>
<li>Respond and engage with in-store and online sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media messaging to understand our Guest&rsquo;s needs and match with corresponding vehicles in inventory.</li>
<li>Film brief vehicle overviews and send to Guest for vehicle(s) of interest.</li>
<li>Schedule and confirm Guest&rsquo;s test drive appointment, prepare vehicle(s) of interest prior to their arrival, greet Guest to the dealership and accompany them on test drive to demonstrate vehicle features, technology and optional equipment available.</li>
<li>Be well-versed in brand product knowledge, competitive product knowledge and effectively overcome Guest objections throughout the sales journey.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate with Guest until the sale has closed and coordinate the entire transaction from vehicle presentation to pre-finance paperwork.</li>
<li>Coordinate sold vehicle delivery to Guest ensuring they understand vehicle features and warranty. Introduce each Guest to the Service Department and schedule their first manufacturer recommended maintenance appointment.</li>
<li>Prospect for new business using dealership database and networking to identify potential sales opportunities and develop your personal &ldquo;book&rdquo; of repeat business.</li>
<li>Update and manage Guest profiles in dealership database. Maintain CSI scores equal to, or above, manufacturer requirements.</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>Qualifications &amp; Skill Requirements</b></div>
<div></div>
<ul><li>Regularly engage in continuing education to maintain requirements for manufacturer certifications for product knowledge and technology.</li>
<li>Prior automotive or retail sales experience required.</li>
<li>Experienced at using CRM software a plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable using digital communication tools &ndash; social media messaging, email, text in addition to phone.</li>
<li>Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.</li>
<li>Exceptional Guest service skills required.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal &amp; non-verbal skills, listening and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.</li>
<li>Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.</li>
<li>Desire to achieve exceptional Guest Satisfaction scores.</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li>
<li>Some college preferred.</li>
<li>Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.</li>
