 Due to the highly interactive and team-based nature of this role, in-person attendance for most of the workweek (i.e., 3 days or more) is essential for: effective communication including during in-person meetings, strong supervision, real-time problem-solving, and participation in cross-functional initiatives. This role requires on-site work in a manufacturing environment and flexibility to work at multiple locations in the Chicagoland area.

 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the hiring process: Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions by sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, support staff and hourly, and management
 </li>

 Build pipelines: Build sustainable pipelines of top talent with a variety of resources and techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leaders: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver top-quality candidates
 </li>

 Generate qualified candidates: Use cost-effective recruiting methods such as leveraging networks, sourcing passive candidates, and utilizing the employee referral program
 </li>
 <li>
 Passively source: Use traditional and innovative sourcing methodologies to identify and attract passive candidates through self-introduction, active candidate engagement, relationship building, and selling Ferrara as an employer of choice
 </li>

 Deliver a great candidate experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our culture, values, and commitment to excellence

 Drive efficiency: Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining speed, quality, and compliance

 Vendor management: Maintain and monitor vendor relationships
 </li>

 Strengthen community ties: Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and workforce agencies to expand talent pools
 </li>

 Experiences that will support your success
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution
 </li>
 <li>
 Digitally savvy and comfortable working across multiple recruiting platforms forms and sourcing tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage high requisition volumes and deliver quality hires
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to shape workforce planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies and tools for both exempt and non-exempt hiring
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of HR policies, practices, employment laws, and regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building a strong professional network that can be leveraged during the recruitment process
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations in a results-measured environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical knowledge of cutting-edge recruiting techniques a plus

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The salary range for this role is $81,225 - $113,715 annually.
