 The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

Sales Development:</p>

You will coordinate and drive the execution of Kuwait&rsquo;s sales plan, to achieve sales volume and growth targets, while continuously monitor Kuwait&rsquo;s market dynamics to identify opportunities for increasing market penetration and improving commercial performance. In alignment with the Marketing team, you will ensure Ferrero brands are introduced in line with company policies to maximize profitability.</p>

Perfect Store Execution and Negotiation:</p>

You will be fully responsible to ensure the optimal product exposure, in quantitative and qualitative terms, in the Point of Sales of the assigned area. You will also maintain proper negotiation management and coordinate internal and external selling tools to deliver strong and compelling selling stores.</p>
<p>
Field &amp; Customer Coordination:</p>
<p>
You will manage sales channels by clearly communicating sales objectives and suggesting channels&rsquo; approaching aligned with the business objectives and ensuring effective customer management processes to capture insights into activities, contracts, and negotiations.
