Cutting-Edge Technologies:</div><ul><li>Serve as the Product Owner for all HR solutions, including Workday, ServiceNow for HR, and Cornerstone.</li><li>Manage the HR solutions roadmap, aligning it with business goals and timelines.</li><li>Coordinate global HR initiatives and timelines through our global process calendar.</li></ul><div>
Your day at Ferring</div><div>
HR Solution Architecture Design and Technical Excellence:</div><ul><li>Develop and maintain scalable, flexible HR solutions that meet global standards.</li><li>Collaborate with COEs, IT, and business leaders to identify and prioritize HR technology needs.</li></ul><div>
Product Ownership:</div><ul><li>Lead the Agile process for HR technology projects, including backlog management, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.</li><li>Ensure alignment of HR solutions with business goals and timelines.</li></ul><div>
Business architecture:</div><ul><li>Build and maintain a business architecture framework to focus on the gaps identified.</li></ul><div>
Global Process Calendar Management:</div><ul><li>Coordinate and synchronize global HR initiatives and timelines.</li><li>Monitor adherence to the global process calendar and address any deviations or issues.</li></ul><div>
Behind our innovation&hellip;There&rsquo;s you</div><ul><li>Minimum of 7-10 years in HR technology, HR operations, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in HR systems implementation and project management.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Expertise in HR technology platforms : Workday, ServiceNow for HR and data management tools.</li><li>Extensive experience in Agile methodology and project management.</li><li>Strategic Thinking: Develop long-term plans and align HR solutions with business goals.</li><li>Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and leverage new technologies.</li><li>Agile Project Management: Expertise in Agile principles, including backlog management, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.</li><li>Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate and lead through change in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><div>
