Projects Director Ferrometalca LLC &ndash; Nizwa, Al Dakhiliyah (PC 611, Building 78) Monthly Compensation: OMR 4,500 (Fixed)The Executive Mandate: Ferrometalca LLC is appointing a Projects Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our portfolio of large-scale industrial and structural projects in Nizwa. This is a senior executive role requiring a professional who can navigate complex engineering lifecycles while maintaining strict financial and safety governance. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of multi-million Rial projects that are foundational to our regional growth.Strategic Leadership &amp; Scope:<ul><li>Project Governance: Establish and enforce the project management framework, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to international quality standards.</li><li>Financial Oversight: Manage the total project P&amp;L, including high-level cost estimation, resource allocation, and contract negotiations with key suppliers and sub-contractors.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the board of directors, government authorities in Al Dakhiliyah, and major industrial partners.</li><li>Risk &amp; Safety Compliance: Lead the organization&rsquo;s commitment to Omani health and safety regulations, ensuring zero-incident environments across all active project sites.</li></ul>Professional Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role.</li><li>Strong background in heavy industry, metal fabrication, or large-scale civil infrastructure.</li><li>PMP or Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred.</li><li>Deep knowledge of the Omani regulatory landscape and the Royal Decree-governed labor laws.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of managing high-value capital projects.</li></ul>Executive Package:<ul><li>Fixed Monthly Salary: OMR 4,500.</li><li>Comprehensive executive health insurance for the appointee and family.</li><li>Full sponsorship and residency visa processing.</li><li>Annual executive leave passage and flight allowance.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses based on project milestone achievements.</li></ul>Application Process:Interested candidates with the required seniority are invited to submit their professional dossier and project portfolio.
