We are currently seeking a Senior Embryologist with experience in PGD, ICSI, cryopreservation, and routine embryology procedures. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated, results-driven team and work with some of the most advanced technologies in the industry. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform a full range of embryology procedures including PGD, ICSI, cryopreservation, and routine IVF techniques.</li><li>
Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>
Maintain strict quality control and documentation in accordance with CLIA regulations.</li><li>
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as part of a shared team schedule.</li><li>
Occasionally travel to support operations at other FCNE locations, as needed.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Biological Sciences with Technical Supervisor (ABB) certification, Master&rsquo;s degree, or Ph.D. in Biological Sciences.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Embryologist.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.</li><li>
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-based environment.</li><li>
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and colleagues.</li></ul>
