FERTY9 FERTILITY CENTER, KURNOOL BRANCH IS LOOKING FOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER.Job Location: KURNOOL, ANDHRA PRADESHExperience required: 2-6 yrs of relevant experienceEducational Qualification: Post GraduatePreferred Female CandidatesJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>The overall objective of the Relationship Manager is to facilitate and increase the conversion % of the center by convincing the patients about the USPs of Ferty9 and it being the best possible option for their pregnancy.</li><li>To be comprehensively aware of all the procedures &amp; prices relating to IVF treatment</li><li>To effectively communicate and convey to the patients about our USPs.</li><li>To convince the patients on the ability of our company, transparency, and ethics</li><li>To follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up procedures with us.</li><li>To be a part and analyze &amp; present the data on conversion and the related work to the Center Manager.</li><li>To ensure that the patient gets the right information, support, and advice on the procedure to be taken.</li><li>To measure and achieve the effectiveness of goals set from time to time by the Management.</li><li>To maintain patient focus and answering to their enquiries by using the SOPs.</li><li>To ensure availability of potential IVF Patients during the support group meet program in coordination with the psychological counsellor.</li><li>To make sure that the required data to be updated in Palash and Gemino for smooth functioning.</li></ul>Customer1.Conversion % achievement as defined in the budget of the Centre2. NPS @ 90% and aboveFinancial 1.Revenue per OPU (RPO)2.IVF advised to IVF taken as a %Process 1.100% adherence to all the consent forms as defined by the ART Act2.
