Overview of Role: Provide clinical care to all Ferty9 patients as guided by the IVF consultant.Job Responsibilities : A Nurse is responsible for the overall care of patients seeking treatment atan outpatient &amp; In Patient medical facility. It is the responsibility of thenurse to manage &amp; ensure the comfort of patients before, during and aftermedical procedures and surgery.&#61623; Monitoring all the medical records.&#61623; Monitor and supervise daily consumption accordingly prepare reports.&#61623; Checking all the consent forms before and after each procedure.&#61623; Documentation and supervise all the instruments.&#61623; Regular monitoring of Crash cart in terms of drugs availability, expiry dateand consumption&#61623; Regular Monitoring on Cleaning OT, Culture test and Waste management&#61623; Coordinating with front desk and clinical coordinator for Posting the OPand IP procedure.&#61623; Giving the injections to patients on time.&#61623; Taking height, weight &amp; blood pressure of patients.&#61623; Helping the consultants in scans&#61623; Establishing and maintaining effective relationship with patients, medicaland clinic staff.&#61623; The ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.&#61623; Maintaining all Medical records- Supervising of all the registers withcomplete details&#61623; Preparing consumption report &amp; reporting the same to concerneddepartments.&#61623; Make sure the required stock is available all the time.&#61623; Infection control and Bio medical waste : cleanliness and segregation ofBiomedical wasteKRA'sOntime and right injections as guided by consultant&#61623; Ensure patients have paid for the services before providing the service&#61623; Feedback to front office on collectiblesJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,745.84 - &#8377;24,577.13 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Telugu (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Nursing License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Staff Nurse

Overview of Role : Provide Clinical assistance to IVF specialist and address all concerns of patients.Required Qualification : BAMS/BHMSJob Responsibilities:Explanation of the procedure clinically (IUI / IVF/PGS/PGD) advised tothe patient.&middot; Detail History of new patient in software.&middot; To fill in follicular monitoring sheet for OPU &amp; IUI cycle &amp; creation of cyclein software.&middot; Explaining the procedure to the pt.&rsquo;s about Semen analysis, Semenfreezing, embryo culture, IVF, IUI and other cases pre &amp; post. Procedure.&middot; Explaining medication to the patient post consultation.&middot; Physical examination of patients &amp; filling in IPD &amp; OPD files forFET/ET/OPU/ IUI &amp; also in software.&middot; Follow up notes of pt.&rsquo;s in software on daily basis.&middot; Completing tasks in software for different clinical follow-up calls whereverrequired, up till the delivery of BHCG positive pt.&rsquo;s.&middot; In case of Fresh Embryo Transfer coordinating with IVF Lab, consultantand pt.&rsquo;s&middot; To keep the follow-up of pt.&rsquo;s about the medication advised by theconsultant, are being taken by the patients on time.&middot; Maintaining BHCG data in software and sharing it with the concerndepartments weekly.&middot; Any immediate query of the patient when on the floor (face to face)&middot; To inform E2, P4, Semen analysis, or any other investigation reports.&middot; Calling patient for Embryo/ Semen freezing status. &ndash; D5&middot; To inform pt.&rsquo;s about the OPU trigger date, CRO to schedule the time andinform the patient.&middot; Preparing Discharge summary &amp; prescriptions.KRA'sCustomer&middot; Clinical entries in the organization&rsquo;s software &ndash; 100%&middot; Provide Clinical support in consultation or as advised by the IVFconsultant&middot; Provide ART Summary to the patient on D5&middot; Capture BHCG report in the system &ndash; 100%Financial&middot; Freezing Revenue as defined for the Centre&middot; RPOJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
