 Recruiter
 
 
 owns full-cycle recruiting for an assigned portfolio of roles across Fervo's business, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, and move qualified candidates efficiently through the process. You will manage requisitions from intake through offer, with accountability for candidate experience, process integrity, and time-to-fill at every stage.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will represent Fervo externally at career fairs and networking events, maintain pipeline for hard-to-fill roles, and support offer management and onboarding coordination in partnership with the broader People Operations team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for technical, operational, and corporate roles using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, employee referrals, and other channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain active pipelines for current and anticipated openings, with particular attention to hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent Fervo at career fairs, university events, and professional networking opportunities to build brand awareness and candidate interest.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Screening &amp; Interview Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, experience, and fit against role requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process, providing updates and managing expectations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Hiring Manager Partnership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers at intake to align on role requirements, candidate profile, and process structure before requisitions go live.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance on interview techniques, structured evaluation, and candidate assessment throughout the process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep hiring managers informed with regular pipeline updates and flag process risks early
 </li>

 Offer Management &amp; Onboarding
 
 
 <ul>

 Support offer construction and extension in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager, including compensation framing and negotiation.
 </li>

 Coordinate onboarding logistics with People Operations to ensure a clean handoff and smooth new hire transition.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate requisition and candidate data in the ATS throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or a similarly technical environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong candidate experience orientation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work onsite at Fervo's downtown Houston office a minimum of 3 days per week
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred

 <li>
 Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles in the energy sector
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools and offer construction

<div>Description:

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the CEO of Fervo Energy. This position sits within the Office of the CEO and reports to the Executive Assistant to the CEO. The role is responsible for routine administrative functions &mdash; including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing &mdash; enabling the Executive Assistant to focus on higher-level strategic priorities. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational competence.
Requirements:

Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries</li><li>
Process and reconcile the CEO's expense reports in a timely and accurate manner</li><li>
Serve as a first point of contact for routine administrative inquiries directed to the CEO's office</li><li>
Draft and proofread correspondence and communications as directed</li><li>
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, catering, and audio-visual setup</li><li>
Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant to the CEO</li><li>
Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive business and personnel information</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting senior executives</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating multi-leg travel arrangements</li><li>
Experience processing expense reports</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Prior experience in a startup, energy, or technology company</li><li>
Experience working within an EA/AA team structure</li><li>
Familiarity with the Houston business community</li></ul>
Location
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Fervo Energy&rsquo;s headquarters in downtown Houston, operating primarily during standard business hours with occasional flexibility to support executive scheduling needs across multiple time zones, and performed in a standard office environment with primarily sedentary work.</div>
