Are you an experienced plumber ready to take the lead on residential projects? We're looking for a Residential Lead Plumber to join our team and oversee high-quality plumbing installations. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code&mdash;while leading a team and delivering excellent service to homeowners.

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Manage residential plumbing installs from start to finish</li>
<li>Ensure job site safety and protect company vehicles, tools, and client property</li>
<li>Work independently and meet deadlines without constant supervision</li>
<li>Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions</li>
<li>Collaborate with managers and team members to solve on-the-job challenges</li>
<li>Enforce company procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite</li>
<li>Provide hands-on training and support to other plumbers on your team</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and office staff</li>
<li>Keep your knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices up to date</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of residential plumbing experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods</li>
<li>Leadership skills and ability to guide a team through successful job completion</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment</li>
<li>Ability to evaluate job performance and coach team members</li>
<li>Clean driving record and valid driver's license</li>
<li>Must pass background check and pre-employment screening</li>
