 Working like a Creative Agency, we ensure that all our knowledge in the entertainment and experiences fields arrives at agencies and brands in each city, helping them conceptualise, produce, and manage multistrand digital and content campaigns.

 Junior Creative Strategist
 
 to support our US Brand Partnerships team, bringing curiosity, creativity, ambition, and a love for culture and experiences. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with Senior Strategists and the wider team to shape innovative branded content and experiential ideas, translating them into standout pitches.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Contribute to &amp; prepare for brainstorming sessions, helping shape the creative direction of proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Research audience insights, behaviors, cultural trends, and assist in turning findings into data-informed creative ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Creative Strategy and Sales teams in developing compelling presentations and pitch materials that translate ideas into clear, strategic stories showcasing the value of partnering with Fever.

 <li>
 Help elevate the visual quality of pitch materials, ensuring presentations are both creatively polished and strategically effective.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Creative Solutions team during the pitch phase to build your understanding of idea-to-budget feasibility, media objectives, and deliverables, while assisting in the formulation of media plans.
 </li>

 Create and maintain case studies and strategy team resources, ensuring they&rsquo;re easy to use &amp; organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to tight deadlines set by manager/clients by managing own time effectively

 Learn proactively by collaborating closely with Senior Strategists, Sales, and Creative Solutions teams to grow your strategic, creative skills &amp; overall understanding of Brand Partnerships

 Skills &amp; Experience Required

 We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented Producer to join the Fever Originals team on a
 
 freelance basis
 
 . You will take responsibility for the end-to-end production of complex live entertainment experiences involving the construction of permanent or semi-permanent physical spaces, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 
 
 This role spans technical production, creative development, budgeting, process management, and leadership, and requires strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance speed and quality.
 
 
 You will serve as the main production point of contact across a wide portfolio of projects, coordinating technical teams, business leaders, our partners and external vendors, while leading processes that guarantee exceptional experiences for our audiences.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 You have a track record of successfully produced events with strong data analysis, oral and written communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset.
 
 
 The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.

 5+ years of experience in the event production industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English. Arabic is a nice asset
 </li>

 Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way

 Have an innovative mindset to identify cutting edge solutions in the production space

 Proven experience in vendor negotiations, and in managing detailed budgets

 Have a strong network of vendors and venues

 Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and familiarity with permitting processes
