Role Summary:</b></h2>
<p>
As the Communications &amp; PR Manager, you are the primary owner of the external communications strategy in your market(s). You are responsible for defining and executing a proactive, locally-relevant communications plan that aligns with the company's global objectives while responding to the unique opportunities and challenges of your region. You will lead media relations, thought leadership, press events, and crisis communications efforts, maintaining close and regular contact with key internal and external stakeholders. A key part of your mission is also to lead, coordinate, and foster the professional growth of the communications specialists under your supervision.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Define, implement, and continuously refine the country-level communications and PR strategy, aligned with the company's global positioning and adapted to local needs.</li>
<li>Serve as the main point of contact for national and regional media, government stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.</li>
<li>Lead and manage the local press office operation: oversee the production, approval, and dissemination of press releases, media advisories, Q&amp;As, and opinion pieces.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent messaging across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels.</li>
<li>Design and execute press and influencer events that drive awareness and media interest.</li>
<li>Develop and nurture strong relationships with national and local journalists, editors, and key opinion leaders.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team in your market, providing media training and preparing them for press interactions.</li>
<li>Represent the company at high-level meetings, interviews, press briefings, and public forums.</li>
<li>Identify potential reputational risks and lead crisis communication responses when needed.</li>
<li>Analyze communication performance, track media coverage, and produce actionable reports and recommendations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing, policy, and operational teams to ensure messaging alignment and impact.</li>
<li>Lead, coordinate, and ensure the development and performance of the communications specialists under your supervision. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to help them grow professionally and deliver impactful work.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</b></h2>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or journalism, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role.</li>
<li>Proven track record of owning and driving PR strategy at a national level.</li>
<li>Experience leading teams and developing junior talent.</li>
<li>Excellent media relations skills and a strong network of journalist contacts.</li>
<li>Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.</li>
<li>Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities under tight deadlines.</li>
<li>High degree of autonomy and sense of ownership.</li>
<li>Experience managing complex communications issues and navigating crisis scenarios.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and experience working cross-functionally and with senior leadership.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Nice to have:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of public affairs or regulatory communications</li>
<li>Experience coordinating with international teams or global brand offices.</li>
<li>Bilingual or multilingual communication capabilities, depending on the market.</li>
</ul>

About The Role:</b></p>

<li>Manage Fever's biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals (such as large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent/renowned attractions, and sports) ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.</li>
<li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner event and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless and timely execution, tracking all actions and progress.</li>
<li>Forge strong, strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging Fever's extensive expertise to help them achieve their goals. Anticipate partner needs and proactively address challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop effective solutions that align with Fever's mission and enhance overall partner satisfaction.</li>
<li>Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous growth, and tracking performance metrics through regular updates and insights. Prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key achievements and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Gather feedback from partners on Fever's products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.</li>
<li>Grow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers as they join your team. Foster a collaborative environment, conduct training sessions, and support their professional growth to enhance their ability to manage partnerships effectively.</li>
<li>Get a 360 degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>About You:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years in project management or management consulting.</li>
<li>Fluent in English is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.</li>
<li>Analytical, organized &amp; solutions oriented. Ability to handle large amounts of work in parallel work-streams.</li>
<li>Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts</li>
