About the Team

Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. About the Role

We are currently looking for a Dubai-based Digital Content Creator to join the UAE team. Working within a fun, dynamic and fast-growing start-up, this new role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase their skills to a large and highly engaged audience. We're looking for someone who can create buzzy, original video content about Dubai life for our Secret Dubai platforms.
<ul>
<li>Visiting places throughout the city each week to shoot experiential videos (e.g. openings, events, pop-up experiences, art galleries, etc.)</li>
<li>Edit a wide range of social media videos: unscripted and scripted, using both original and archival footage (including branded content)</li>
<li>Quickly create edits and proactively experiment with different versions of an edit, exploring multiple directions and current trends</li>
<li>Create a polished final edit with coloring, sound mix and captions to be published on social channels</li>
<li>Identifying exciting potential video/photo topics and organizing shoots</li>
<li>Planning out interviews, storyboards, scripts and potential castings to turn general concepts into highly engaging, sharable pieces</li>
<li>Know the latest social media trends and be able to jump on them quickly</li>
</ul>
About You
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in working on professional-quality scripted and unscripted video (showreel and portfolio of previous work, or any relevant social media links accepted as well)</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or similar in Film, Design, Communication or related field</li>
<li>Confidence in writing video copy/scripts</li>
<li>Social media content creation skills are a huge plus (anything from TikTok/Reels to YouTube)</li>
<li>Keen interest in latest trends in social media and digital video platforms</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with a team</li>
<li>Willingness to work outside office hours and tight deadlines when necessary</li>
<li>Passionate about city life and the topics we cover</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of digital media trends, with a good feel for what makes content shareable online</li>
<li>A can-do person who takes on tasks proactively and sees things through to completion</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Advanced knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Media Encoder</li>
<li>Comfortable creating video and still imagery using digital cameras (Sony Alpha series, GoPro, iPhone, etc.)</li>
<li>Motion graphics and titling experience</li>
<li>Confidence in ability to create diverse video formats such as cinemographs, gifs and typographical animation</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital media including codecs, image types, resolutions, frame rates and the latest digital workflows</li>
<li>Experience conducting interviews</li>
<li>Understanding of basic color-correction (Premiere), basic sound design and mixing (Premiere and Audition)</li>

About The Role:
<ul>
<li>Manage Fever s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals (such as large exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent/renowned attractions, and sports) ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.</li>
<li>Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner event and projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless and timely execution, tracking all actions and progress.</li>
<li>Forge strong, strategic relationships with partners by understanding their unique needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor, and leveraging Fever s extensive expertise to help them achieve their goals. Anticipate partner needs and proactively address challenges, collaborating with internal teams to develop effective solutions that align with Fever's mission and enhance overall partner satisfaction.</li>
<li>Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies for continuous growth, and tracking performance metrics through regular updates and insights. Prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key achievements and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Gather feedback from partners on Fever s products and services, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.</li>
<li>Grow into a team manager role by providing leadership and mentorship to Project Managers as they join your team. Foster a collaborative environment, conduct training sessions, and support their professional growth to enhance their ability to manage partnerships effectively.</li>
<li>Get a 360 degree knowledge of all Fever teams and processes.</li>
</ul>
About You:
<ul>
<li>6+ years in project management or management consulting.</li>
<li>Fluent in English is a must. Fluency in other languages is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.</li>
<li>Analytical, organized &amp; solutions oriented. Ability to handle large amounts of work in parallel work-streams.</li>
<li>Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts</li>
<li>Thrives for excellence within your own work and of others</li>
<li>Ability to think strategically when faced with key challenges with our partnerships and when leveraging our proprietary data.</li>
