<div>Fey Industries, Inc. is seeking a Compliance &amp; Sustainability Specialist to lead our efforts in regulatory compliance, sustainability, and product safety. This role ensures our company meets all governmental regulations and industry standards, including FDA, UL/CSA, IMDS, Ecovadis, FSC, and GMP. You&rsquo;ll be the subject matter expert, translating complex regulations into practical solutions and promoting a culture of sustainability.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations (EPA, FDA, UL/CSA, IMDS, REACH, RoHS, GMP, FSC).</li>
<li>Oversee product testing, labeling, documentation, and reporting for regulatory and safety standards.</li>
<li>Monitor emerging regulatory trends and conduct compliance risk assessments.</li>
<li>Develop and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals.</li>
<li>Manage platforms and certifications such as Ecovadis, IMDS, and FSC.</li>
<li>Track and report progress toward environmental goals (carbon neutrality, water stewardship, zero waste).</li>
<li>Design and deliver training on compliance, sustainability, and regulatory updates.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance and sustainability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations and EHS teams to embed compliance into daily workflows.</li>
<li>Support supplier sustainability efforts through audits and engagement.</li>
<li>Manage internal and external audits for environmental standards and oversee corrective actions.</li>
<li>Develop and manage systems to track environmental performance and compliance metrics.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3+ years of direct experience in environmental compliance or related roles (manufacturing preferred).</li>
<li>Experience with regulatory compliance (FDA, UL/CSA, IMDS, GMP, FSC) and product safety standards.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of environmental data management, reporting platforms, and auditing processes.</li>
<li>Effective communication and training skills.</li>
<li>Project management experience in sustainability and compliance programs.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and environmental compliance software/tools.</li>
<li>Commitment to continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.</li></ul>
