</div><div><b>Essential Functions and Duties
</b><ul><li>Assist in the development and management of branded marketing assets.</li><li>
Write, edit, and optimize content for websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, case studies, blogs, and internal communications.</li><li>
Maintain and regularly update materials such as:<ul><li>
Company Overview</li><li>
Training materials or guides.
</li><li>Sell-sheets</li><li>
Sales Rosters</li><li>
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)</li><li>
Operational Roadmap</li><li>

Contribute to the graphic design of sales tools, promotional materials, tradeshow content, and digital assets.</li><li>
Support storytelling and content strategies that align with buyer personas and the customer journey.</li><li>
Collaborate on video content development including scripting and production support.</li><li>
Maintain marketing content calendars and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.</li><li>
Regularly review and update marketing materials for compliance with brand standards and healthcare industry regulations.</li><li>
Help monitor and ensure accurate usage of company trademarks; support trademark application, renewal, and maintenance efforts with guidance from legal.</li><li>
Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
</li><li>Develop project timelines and monitor milestones to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet project goals and deadlines.</li><li>
Analyze campaign results and performance data to inform strategy and improve ROI.
</li><li>Partner with the Communications Team to support social media content creation and scheduling.</li><li>
Help manage content calendars and align messaging with broader campaigns.</li><li>
Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to optimize engagement.</li><li>
Stay up to date with platform trends and innovations to keep content relevant.</li><li>
Assist in planning and promoting events such as tradeshows, conferences, and customer engagements.
</li><li>Coordinate event logistics and execution, including materials, signage, and post-event follow-up.</li><li>
Contribute to content capture for use in event recaps and social media promotion.</li><li>
Work closely with senior marketing leaders and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing goals with business priorities.</li><li>
Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on campaign progress and deliverables.
</li><li>Share best practices with peers and support junior team members as needed.</li><li>

</b></p><p><b>R</b><b>equired Education:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Experience:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Minimum of two (2) years of progressive experience in marketing, brand development, social media, and events.</div></li><li><div>
Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in marketing, focusing on graphic design, written communication, and project management.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated success in managing full-scale marketing campaigns and high-profile events.</div></li><li><div>
Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing methods, including SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.</div></li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills:</b>

Skilled in event planning, logistics, and vendor management.</div></li><li><div>

Strong presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.</div></li><li><div>

</b></div><div>Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include normal office setting.</div><div>
