As the Talent &amp; Development Business Partner, your main responsibility is to assist our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You provide support and coordination in the consistent and practical application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources for all team members to ensure a Healthy and Engaged Manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include a hands-on approach to Team Member Relations, Health and Safety, Recruitment, Training, Time and Attendance, and other tasks as required. Previous experience in a human resources manufacturing environment is essential.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Primary Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Facilitate collaboration and foster a harmonious work environment among various departments within your Manufacturing site, acting as a liaison between Operations, Team Members (both agency and full-time), and Talent and development.</li><li>
Manage, oversee, and communicate with Agency Partners to ensure compliance with FGF policies, protocols, and the introduction of new initiatives and business updates.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Health &amp; Safety team, actively participating in Health &amp; Safety training and committee meetings to promote a culture of safety.</li><li>
Review resumes and coordinate interviews with Agencies and Operation Leaders, ensuring that candidates for Key Roles possess the necessary skills, availability, and attitude. Lead all recruitment activities for the site.</li><li>
Work closely with Plant Operations Leaders to assess current and future staffing
</li><li>Collect ongoing agency feedback, summarizing challenges to create action plans for continuous improvement in operations and agency relations.</li><li>
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends for the site, enabling informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Advise manufacturing leaders on team member relations issues, e., performance management/reviews, attendance management, respectful workplace, code of conduct, etc.</li><li>
Support progressive discipline at the site, including investigating incidents, documenting findings, making recommendations, and coaching or disciplining in collaboration with manufacturing leaders.</li><li>
Manages and delivers required site training/programs in collaboration with L&amp;D and supporting teams (e.g., Team Leader immersion, LEMs, TM Engagement survey, Let&rsquo;s connect sessions, info booths, action plans).</li><li>
In conjunction with all key stakeholders, problem-solve and troubleshoot any issues or Responsible for ensuring accurate recordkeeping of Team Members within the HRIS system and Time and Attendance System, including errors and issues.</li><li>
Proficient in HR systems (TMC, Navex, ICIMS, TMTM, ), ensuring the team is trained.</li><li>
Oversee and facilitate site-specific audit activities, providing leadership and communication throughout the
</li><li>Create and maintain records for new Team Members within the HRIS
</li><li>In conjunction with the site or hiring Leaders, participates in performance reviews and progressive disciplinary evaluations related to team members.</li><li>
Provide guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the Talent and Development Site Coordinator and Advisor, supporting their personal and professional growth.</li><li>
Drive leadership development initiatives for the site, ensuring the effective utilization/attendance of programs such as UYP and others as required.</li><li>
Generate daily reports for various tasks, including hours tracking, post-hire activities, and performance
</li><li>Oversee and actively engage in the Internal Job Posting process (IJPP) to guarantee compliance and consistency ensuring that the process remains fair and timely for all team members.</li><li>
Act as a HR business partner to all Team Members within the site and assist in developing and providing solutions resulting in improved business results.</li></ul><div><b>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum 6 years related experience in a similar role</li><li>
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field</li><li>
Proficient understanding/working knowledge of HR policies/procedures, benefits, and employee
</li><li>Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools such as: MS Office suite of tools, working knowledge of an HRIS</li><li>
Experience with Health &amp; Safety initiatives (previous experience as a H&amp;S committee member required)</li><li>
Manufacturing experience required</li><li>
Health &amp; Safety certification is highly desired</li><li>
