This paid position offers a rewarding career path in delivery operations, combining driving expertise with hands-on package handling.Duties<ul><li>Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver packages across designated routes</li><li>Load and unload shipments using equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual lifting techniques</li><li>Ensure accurate delivery by verifying recipient information and obtaining signatures when required</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients professionally and addressing any questions or concerns</li><li>Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain a secure driving record</li><li>Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and keep the vehicle clean and organized</li><li>Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery productivity while adhering to scheduled timelines</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior delivery driver experience or courier background preferred, with proven route driving skills</li><li>Familiarity with warehouse operations, including load &amp; unload procedures and inventory handling</li><li>Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles with manual transmission</li><li>Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, moving packages, and equipment use like forklifts or pallet jacks</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license suitable for operating heavy vehicles; commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) is a plus but not required for all roles</li><li>Ability to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the shift and work in various weather conditions</li><li>Must be able to pass drug test and physical.</li><li>Must have some kind of package delivery experience</li></ul>Embark on an exciting career journey where your driving expertise makes a difference!
