What You&rsquo;ll Contribute</div><ul><li><div>
Draft, review, negotiate and translate a variety of agreements (sales, service, subcontract, software, procurement, non-disclosure) for assigned internal and external clients.</div></li><li><div>
Review defined contract terms, limitation of liability, intellectual property indemnity, license grants and warranty, revising accordingly consistent with FICO policies and procedures;</div></li><li><div>
Support sales/business teams on opportunities including support of the RFP process and contract terms requiring approval.</div></li><li><div>
Provide contract review coordination across businesses (product, services, finance) in support of clients.</div></li><li><div>
Support department for contract template revisions, contract interpretation and translation, as requested.</div></li><li><div>
Protect FICO from unnecessary contract liabilities, damages and penalties.</div></li><li><div>
Identify red flag risk areas, working with business team to seek appropriate approvals.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What We&rsquo;re Seeking</div><ul><li><div>
Juris Doctor degree. Licensed to practice law and in good standing in any jurisdiction.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in software licensing, preferably in a corporate legal department.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical and contract formation, preparation, drafting, review, management and negotiation skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to identify key risk and policy issues in any transactional situation/opportunity.</div></li><li><div>
Basic understanding of United States software intellectual property law and practices.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

The Opportunity</div><div></div><div>

As a member of this team, you will represent FICO&rsquo;s flagship software offering called the FICO Platform as the Solution Sales Executive (SSE). The FICO Platform Sales Team (SSEs) are an overlay sales role, and you will partner with Key Account Managers as well as both Technical &amp; Industry Pre-Sales teams to round out the go to market. Each SSE carries a quota for a dedicated set of Enterprise Accounts within their region comprised of both existing and target Platform customers. What You&rsquo;ll Contribute</div><ul><li>
Work with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across Marketing, Originations, Customer Management, Personalization, Collections and Fraud. Share expertise and thought leadership in Decisioning, Analytics, &amp; Optimization within Financial Services with the goal of helping our clients leapfrog the competition leveraging FICO&rsquo;s cutting-edge Platform.</li><li>
Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to gain insights into their most urgent decision management related problems while articulating FICO&rsquo;s platform capabilities.</li><li>
Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales Domain Experts and Pre-Sales Architects to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.</li><li>
Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create win-win relationships that are long-term, expanding, and profitable.</li><li>
Collaborate across internal FICO teams including Global Solution Architecture, Product Development, Finance and Professional Services to shape a cohesive sales effort that educates our customers on the tremendous business value the FICO Platform delivers.</li><li>
Work with the largest and most advanced Financial Institutions as well as a core set of leaders in other sectors.</li><li>
Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets, with significant earnings upside when targets are exceeded.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What We&rsquo;re Seeking</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and, or experience developed in work environments.</li><li>
Strong track record building relationships and a knack for understanding the client&rsquo;s industry and business/technology challenges.</li><li>
Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex, enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services/banking a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge or experience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Account Management, Retail Banking and Fraud is also a plus.</li><li>
Have a deep interest in, and or experience in both the technical and business use of data, behavioural profiles, decision management, orchestration, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Simulation, and Optimization in SaaS offerings.</li><li>
