   Build relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain insights into their most urgent business problems while articulating FICO&rsquo;s capabilities.

  </strong>

   A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a business or science-based discipline, or equivalent experience developed in a commercial environment

   Proven experience in building relationships with senior clients combining your understanding of the client&rsquo;s industry and shared business challenges along with your knowledge of FICO&rsquo;s solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex, enterprise solutions to large financial services/banking clients.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in a consulting environment will be viewed favorably.

Work with large amounts of real-world data and ensure data quality throughout all stages of acquisition and processing, including data collection, normalization and transformation.</div></li><li><div>

Build and/or oversee teams building high-end analytic models for relevant problems using statistical modeling techniques. Assist with model go-lives by performing production data validations and analysis of models in production.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with client meetings to investigate and resolve problems. Apply data mining methodology in thorough analyses of model behaviors and provide support for customer meetings, model construction and pre-sales. What We&rsquo;re Seeking</div><ul><li><div>
MS or PhD degree in computer science, engineering, physics, statistics, mathematics, operations research or natural science fields with significant years of hands-on related experience in predictive modeling and data mining.</div></li><li><div>
5-7 years of relevant experience.</div></li><li><div>
Experience analyzing large data sets and applying data-cleaning techniques along with performing statistical analyses leading to the understanding of the structure of data sets.</div></li><li><div>
Background in ML and AI preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Proven and demonstrable experience with at least three of the following: neural networks, logistic regression, non-linear regression, random forests, decision trees, support vector machines, linear/non-linear optimization.</div></li><li><div>
Strong programming experience.</div></li><li><div>
Experience working with any of these languages: Java, Python, C++ or C.</div></li><li><div>

   Motion Graphics: Create sophisticated 2D motion graphics to enhance video content, making it visually engaging and dynamic.

   Color Correction &amp; Grading: Understanding of different color spaces such as SLog, CLog, DLOG, ARRI and HLS color to Rec709 to enhance visual quality and maintain consistency across all video content, whether through Lumetri Color, Cinematch, or Davinci Resolve.

   Audio Mastering: Master audio tracks to ensure clarity, balance, and overall quality in the final video production. Use nascent machine-learning tools to clean up audio to be its best, and create a balanced mix of music, VO, and foley FX.

   Graphic Design: Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing elements for video and motion graphics projects. Often working from a style guide, this role iterates and extends existing design creative for video.

   Digital Asset Management: Efficiently organize and manage digital assets using digital asset management systems such as Frame.io, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Sharepoint

   Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software including Premiere Pro and After Effects to execute video and motion graphics projects.

   Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, Project manager, and other Video Editors to ensure the creative vision is achieved in all video projects.

   Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video editing and motion graphics to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.

  What We're Seeking

   Experience: 6+ years of proven experience working with major agencies and/or brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated motion graphics and video editing work.

   Skills: Exceptional skills in multi-camera editing, color correction, audio mastering, and graphic design. A solid and demonstrable understanding of animation principles is a must.
  </li>
  <li>
   Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and experience with digital asset management systems. Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus. Experience with AI image and video generation also a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  </li>
  <li>
   Creative Vision: Ability to translate creative concepts into clear and visually compelling video content while adhering to brand guidelines.
  </li>

   Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
