   What We&rsquo;re Seeking
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   BA/BS degree in Technical Writing, English, or Computer Science.
  </li>
  <li>
   At least 4-7 years technical writing or software development experience, or the equivalent combination of work experience and education &ndash; candidates will be asked to provide writing samples.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven ability with English spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and composition rules and a clear business/technical writing style.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding of cloud-based development concepts and APIs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Basic familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, Markdown, and docs-as-code methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with DITA and XML is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience developing product videos is a plus.
  </li>

   What You&rsquo;ll Contribute
  </strong>
 </p>

  <li>
   Proactively learn about the FICO products to which you are assigned.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the development team to define the documentation deliverables for each release.
  </li>
  <li>
   Research, write, and edit the deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate the production and handoff of all final deliverables.
  </li>
  <li>
   Frequently interact with Product Managers, Development and QA teams, and subject-matter experts. Interaction is both scheduled and ad hoc in our iterative development environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with other technical writers across FICO to look for ways to continually improve our processes and procedures.

 What We&rsquo;re Seeking</div><ul><li><div>
10+ years platform product management experience focused on security, infrastructure, or operational tools, preferably in financial services technology, risk management, or analytics platforms</div></li><li><ul><li>15+ years of industry experience in technology, with at least 10 years in platform product management roles.</li></ul></li><li><div>
Proven success in managing infrastructure platform products at scale.</div></li><li><div>
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and networking.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog), and security frameworks.</div></li><li><div>
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.</div></li><li><div>
Success in driving SaaS platform incubation (zero to one product management mindset).</div></li><li><div>
Ability to translate market trends, regulatory changes, and technology advances into actionable product plans.</div></li><li><div>
