<div>CORPORATE PROJECT MANAGER

Job Overview: This candidate will manage large-scale software deployment projects at the organizational level, working with internal and external stakeholders including vendor partners. They will facilitate and lead project teams in alignment with the company&rsquo;s strategic objectives.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
<ul><li>Performing full business needs analysis, gathering business requirements and preparing business proposal documentation</li>
<li>Engaging in procurement-related tasks with communication to external stakeholders</li>
<li>Developing comprehensive project plans including timelines, costs, resource requirements, and risk assessments</li>
<li>Working directly with project teams and managing projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget</li>
<li>Providing effective change management by assessing impact of project changes, communicating changes to stakeholders and managing expectations</li>
<li>Leading project teams through effective communication including email, phone and facilitating virtual/in-person meetings</li>
<li>Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones and providing regular updates to the Corporate Project Program Manager</li>
<li>Conducting post-project evaluations and identifying lessons learned for improvement and enhancing future project outcomes</li>
</ul>
Requirements for the position include:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or computer science related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a corporate environment (medium to large-scale projects)</li>
<li>Experience in software application deployment</li>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team setting</li>
<li>Ability to work late and/or flexible hours</li>
</ul>
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
<ul>
<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification</li>
<li>Experience with project management software tools (MS Project, Smartsheet etc.)</li>
</ul>
