What You'll Be Designing</div><ul>
<li>Create complete site development plans using expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D.</li>
<li>Develop detailed 3D surfaces, grading layouts, utility profiles (storm and sewer), and effective erosion control drawings.</li>
<li>Efficiently revise existing drawings based on field notes and project markups.</li>
<li>Play a key role in a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, designing essential elements like streets, stormwater systems, and site utilities.</li>
<li>Work independently on tasks while maintaining a supportive, team-focused approach to meet project milestones.</li><br>

<div>Your Foundation</div><ul>
<li><b>Minimum 2+ years of experience</b> in designing civil/site land development, encompassing residential, commercial, or municipal projects.</li>

<li>Interpret and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.</li>

<li>Use hand and power tools daily&mdash;soldering, crimping, fastening, wiring.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with team members to find solutions.</li>
