Pay: $35-43/hr DOE
Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing.
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years residential service experience</li><li>
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li><li>
EPA Universal License required</li><li>
NATE certified preferred</li><li>
Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School preferred</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.</li><li>
Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>
Experience making repair and replace decisions.</li><li>
Advanced customer service skills.</li><li>
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.</li><li>
Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.</li><li>
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.</li></ul></div>

Position Summary: To install residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years' experience in residential HVAC installation
</li><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li><li>
Proficient in installing Gas Pipe</li><li>
Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe</li><li>
Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems</li><li>
Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems</li><li>
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings</li><li>
General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems</li><li>
Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company</li><li>
Ability to test and balance systems</li><li>
Understand and apply all relevant codes</li></ul></div>
