At our company, this is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role focused on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, managing a high volume of opportunities for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building a strong pipeline, delivering powerful product demonstrations, and rapidly converting leads into new customers. We need a proven closer with experience selling software in Oman or the GCC who is motivated by clear targets and uncapped commissions.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the full sales cycle: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and local market engagement.</li><li>Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, from initial lead generation to a signed contract.</li><li>Conduct compelling, high-energy product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of our SaaS solution.</li><li>Rapidly qualify leads and identify clear business pains that our software can solve &quot;out of the box.&quot;</li><li>Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.</li><li>Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals quickly and efficiently.</li><li>After closing the sale, ensure a smooth and minimal handover to the Business Analyst team for implementation and customer onboarding.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience:<ul><li>3-7 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Account Executive, Business Development Manager).</li><li>A proven &quot;hunter&quot; mentality with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in Oman or the GCC.</li><li>Direct experience with prospecting, cold calling, and building your own pipeline from scratch.</li><li>Experience managing a high-velocity, high-volume sales process.</li><li>Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to confidently showcase a software product to diverse B2B clients.</li><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li><li>Technically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of a SaaS product.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Existing network of B2B contacts in target industries within Oman.</li><li>Experience with operations management, FSM, or similar B2B software.</li><li>Proficiency with modern CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage a high-volume pipeline.</li></ul>Why Join Us: This is a high-impact sales role where you will directly drive our revenue growth in Oman.
