Job Description:

Fieldprint call center representatives take incoming calls from customers and clients relating to our electronic fingerprinting and identity management services.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
This is an on-site positio</b><b>n located in Warminster, PA. </b><b>The rate of pay for this position is $17.70/hour.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
We are seeking the following shift:</b></div><div><b>
Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Training is the first 6 weeks from 9:30am-5:30pm</b></div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Receive incoming calls regarding fingerprinting requests</li><li>
Determine locations via phone/computer for fingerprint collection</li><li>
Follow up with fingerprinting site vendors to obtain all related documentation</li><li>
Prepare and send welcome packets to new clients</li><li>
Process fingerprints and channel to the appropriate agency</li><li>
Monitor and maintain call center telephone line</li></ul>
Required Skills:
<ul><li>Must be bilingual in Spanish</li><li>
Excellent phone, computer, and administrative skills</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills</li><li>
Professional and positive attitude</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.</li></ul>
Education:

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.</div>
