Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Acquire and maintain extensive product knowledge.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Be knowledgeable about the dealership&rsquo;s complete inventory.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Achieve sales targets by selling and delivering a required number of units per month.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Greet and assist customers in the showroom and sales lot with enthusiasm and courtesy.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Clearly explain vehicle performance, benefits, and optional equipment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for customer identification.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Use the dealership&rsquo;s sales control and follow-up system effectively.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Demonstrate a high commitment to customer satisfaction.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Understand and adhere to federal, state, and local auto sales laws.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Explain vehicle equity, values, and depreciation to customers.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure the sales manager meets each customer.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to the finance and insurance manager.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure the customer understands the vehicle&rsquo;s features, warranty, and paperwork.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Follow up on post-delivery items, tag/title work, and customer requests.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain systems for owner follow-up, prospect development, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:</b></div>

Required Experience:</b></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Automobile Sales:</b> Proven track record of success in auto sales is required.</li>
<li><b>Luxury Retail:</b> Significant experience working in the luxury retail market (e.g., high-end automotive, jewelry, high-fashion, high-end real estate).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Comprehension of instructions and information.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Basic math skills.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Understanding of safety regulations and practices.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Background and MVR checks required</li></ul><br>
