Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution-oriented.</li><li>Assist customers with account management tasks such as updating information, processing transactions, or handling cash when necessary.</li><li>Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.</li><li>Support clients through various channels by providing clear guidance on products, services, or troubleshooting steps.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications efficiently to document interactions and generate reports.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; however, we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn!</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs.</li><li>Spanish speaking is a plus!</li><li>Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services when appropriate.</li><li>Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed; attention to detail is essential.</li><li>Strong computer skills are necessary for daily tasks.</li><li>Experience with customer service.</li><li>Good understanding of phone etiquette and professional demeanor during all client interactions.</li><li>Ability to analyze customer data, identify issues quickly, and suggest effective solutions.</li><li>Basic cash handling skills for processing payments or refunds when required.
