The incumbent will be a skilled Motion Graphics designer with a compelling portfolio of aesthetically pleasing, memorable, distinctive and most importantly effective creatives.What&rsquo;s on offer The chance to be part of a young, fun and growing organization and the opportunity to build hands on a top-notch client, project and agency portfolio.&#9642; Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive communication design&#9642; Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches, storyboarding and working on layouts&#9642; Creating visually stunning and effective motion graphics for a variety of projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, and social media content.&#9642; Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists to ensure the design vision is brought to life accurately.&#9642; Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines&#9642; Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of each design job.&#9642; Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time&#9642; Making convincing and well-thought-through presentations of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.&#9642; Make recommendations for improvements in workflows, reporting and pitches of all design projects. &#9642; Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns&#9642; Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts.&#9642; Keep abreast of latest developments in design principles as well as technology and educate peers through informal and formal discussions.Who You Are Competency&#9642; The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent animation skills, and experience working with industry-standard software as well as raw footages.&#9642; The candidate should be expertly proficient with the complete Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, AI tools.&#9642; Demonstrated expertise in creating Motion Graphics&#9642; Prior experience in an Advertising agency is required.&#9642; Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Communication Design, or related fields.&#9642; Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.Culture &#9642; High degree of accountability to ensure deliveries of the highest standards in terms of quality and timelines without losing attention to details.&#9642; Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.&#9642; Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.&#9642; Invested in personal, professional, and organizational growth; Constantly seeking ways to strengthen the synergies between all three.Who We Are An Award-winning Digital Brand Management agency who love and live all things digital.
