**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server with bartending experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. The Bartender will be responsible for serving drinks and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a clean and organized bar area. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued - Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, glasses, and equipment - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed - Upsell and recommend menu items to guests - Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations - Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients - Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant policies **Requirements:** - Experience in a restaurant or bar environment - Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, including Aloha POS - Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant policies - High school diploma or equivalent required - Ability to perform basic math calculations - Familiarity with retail math and cash handling - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time - Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekendsJob Type: Part-timePay: From $16.90 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyAbility to Relocate:<ul><li>San Clemente, CA 92672: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
