 FIGS is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life for healthcare professionals around the world. You&rsquo;ll support the development of localized marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling across our international markets. The role will report into the Manager, Graphic Design (International) with a dotted line into the Director, Graphic Design and will work closely with all members of FIGS&rsquo; Marketing Team.
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create high-quality, on-brand design assets for international markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, retail, and social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the international marketing team to adapt global campaigns for local relevance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Localize creative assets by updating language (copy/paste of translated text), and ensuring all formats&mdash;such as shape, size, and layout&mdash;are tailored to each country&rsquo;s specific requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the planning and execution of creative projects, from research to production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in creative reviews and contribute to concept development.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1+ years of graphic design experience for a brand forward company
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typographic and layout skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio that showcases great design and creativity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience adapting creative for different audiences or markets is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Illustration and experience design is a bonus.

 Pay Range

 At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $68,500 and $85,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
