Position Summary 
We&rsquo;re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of an apartment building&rsquo;s common areas. This daytime role is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. 
You&rsquo;ll be a key part of the on-site team, working independently to keep shared spaces remaining spotless, well-stocked, and presentable throughout the day. 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Maintain the cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, mailrooms, fitness centers, and restrooms</li><li>
Clean and restock all common-area restrooms</li><li>
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust high-traffic areas throughout the shift</li><li>
Remove trash and recycling from common spaces and designated collection points</li><li>
Spot-clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors</li><li>
Monitor and clean exterior areas such as entrances, walkways, courtyards, and parking lots</li><li>
Respond promptly to spills, trash overflow, or other cleaning needs</li><li>
Assist with light cleaning in vacant units during move-ins/move-outs as needed</li><li>
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to property management</li><li>
Represent the building with a courteous, professional presence in all resident and guest interactions</li></ul>
