Role Summary:</b></div><div>
We&rsquo;re seeking a product designer who excels at the intersection of user needs and technical feasibility, partnering closely with product owners and engineers to uncover insights and shape intuitive experiences from discovery through launch. You&rsquo;ll craft seamless user journeys and pixel-perfect prototypes using our world-class design system, delivering visually stunning, rigorously tested solutions that scale beautifully across every screen size.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Partnering with product owners and engineers through the discovery process and development of the product</li><li>
Create effective user flow diagrams, storyboards and user journey maps that communicate the user experience of proposed design solutions</li><li>
Quickly and effectively wireframe, prototype, test, and iterate on proposed design solutions</li><li>
Produce pixel-perfect prototypes and specs that communicate key design decisions to engineering and product owners</li><li>
Confidently defend design solutions to design leadership, product owners, engineering leads and stakeholders</li><li>
Participate in design reviews, critiques and brainstorm sessions, providing insightful and actionable feedback</li><li>
Create engaging and useful experiences using a world class design system</li><li>
Effectively utilize a shared library of components, carefully following provided documentation and providing effective feedback on its implementation</li><li>
Participate in cross-functional design sprints and workshops to answer key business and product questions
</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
BS/BA in Graphic Design, Human Factors or related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>
2+ years of experience in UX or Product Design or related field</li><li>
Skilled in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)</li><li>
Excellent visual design skills and a high level understanding of visual solutions for all screen sizes, demonstrated in a well-crafted portfolio</li></ul><div><i>
Compensation Information: $100,000 - 160,000</i></div><div></div><div><i><br>
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual&rsquo;s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.</i></div><div></div><div><b><br>
