The Role</h2>
The Senior Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements.
The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customers&rsquo; threat management operations.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.</li><li>
Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.</li><li>
Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.</li><li>
Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.</li><li>
Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Who You&rsquo;ll Work With</h2>

The CPA ME reports directly to the VP of Customer Success EMEA or to the manager of the CPA function.</li><li>
The CPA works closely and continuously with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Profile We&rsquo;re Looking For</h2><ul><li>
Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.</li><li>
Background in customer-facing technical roles.</li><li>
Fluent in English.</li><li>
Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.</li><li>
Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.</li></ul><ul><li>
Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).</li><li>
Analytical mindset and the ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.</li><li>
Ability to integrate the Customer team, with a willingness to learn and understand the products&rsquo; features, software architecture, and threat intelligence domain.</li><li>
Team player with collaboration skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
