About the Role:We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications for the OpenHR SaaS ecosystem &mdash; a modern HR automation and recruitment management platform.You&rsquo;ll work closely with backend engineers, DevOps, and UI/UX designers to build secure, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that power HR operations for businesses across India.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop end-to-end web applications &mdash; from front-end interfaces to backend APIs and databases.</li><li>Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.</li><li>Develop responsive, dynamic frontends using React, Next.js, or Flutter Web.</li><li>Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs and handle authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with the DevOps team for CI/CD and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.</li><li>Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and performance optimization.</li><li>Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.</li><li>Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring reliability and scalability.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Next.js).</li><li>Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Understanding of REST, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.</li><li>Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices.</li><li>Knowledge of basic cloud and deployment tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>Experience with microservices or serverless architecture.</li><li>Knowledge of Redis, Celery, or message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (Pytest, Jest).</li><li>Experience working on SaaS products or HR/recruitment platforms.</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design.</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance bonuses.</li><li>Work on impactful SaaS projects with a modern tech stack.</li><li>Learning-focused environment with mentorship and training.</li><li>Flexible work culture and growth opportunities into Tech Lead roles.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
