Job Responsibilities1. Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company&rsquo;s PPF (Paint Protection Film) and window film products in the U.S. market, and enhance brand awareness and product sales through online and offline channels.2. Be responsible for the operation and optimization of digital marketing channels such as official website, SEO, AEO, and SEM, and oversee the content planning and promotion of social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.3. Establish and maintain a KOL/KOC cooperation system, plan co-branded promotions, product reviews and other cooperative activities to increase brand exposure and user trust.4. Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics and marketing data, adjust marketing strategies regularly, and be accountable for the ROI of marketing activities.5. Collaborate with the sales team to formulate marketing support plans for offline stores (California auto parts stores, car beauty shops, etc.), including promotional activities and material design.6. Manage the marketing team, set team work plans and performance goals, and drive the team to complete marketing tasks.Job Requirements1. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or related majors; 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with PPF/window film industry experience preferred.2. Proficient in the U.S. digital marketing system, with practical experience in SEO/AEO and social media operation, and familiar with the characteristics of the automotive after market in the states.3. Possess influencer resources or rich experience in influencer cooperation operation, and be able to independently plan and implement influencer marketing activities.4. Excellent data analysis and strategy formulation capabilities, proficient in using marketing analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Social Blade, etc.).5.
