 About the Role
 
 
 
 Filthy is seeking a creative, culturally fluent, and organized&nbsp;Social &amp; Community Manager&nbsp;to help shape and grow our brand presence across social platforms. This role blends&nbsp;strategy, content execution, and community engagement, and is ideal for someone who combines strong creative instincts with operational excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will play a key role in executing Filthy&rsquo;s social strategy, developing engaging platform-native content, managing community interactions, and supporting influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate is both&nbsp;hands-on and strategically minded,&nbsp;with a sharp eye for what resonates in culture and social media.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Social &amp; Platform Execution
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute Filthy Food&rsquo;s social strategy across Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Content Creation
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Concept, create, and publish platform-native content (photo, video, graphics, short-form, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce social assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with internal/external creatives as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold a high creative and aesthetic standard
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Community Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Engage with customers, fans, and brand advocates
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond thoughtfully and in brand voice
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Influencer &amp; Creator Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating creator partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Support product seeding and collaborations
 </li>
 <li>
 Track engagement and performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Collaboration &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate with agencies and cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance metrics and optimize accordingly
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Ideal Candidate
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience agency side or brand side, making content for brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative instincts and ability to create with guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of social platforms and content formats
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable creating content independently
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with creative tools (Canva, Adobe, AI tools, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting influencer/creator initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Resourceful, proactive, and highly organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Balances creativity with strategy
 </li>
