Contract Social Media Manager (Paid &amp; Organic)Phoenix Up CreatorsContract | Remote (North Dallas Area)Role OverviewPhoenix Up Creators is seeking an experienced Contract Social Media Manager to support both organic and paid social media efforts across client accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on social media professional who can manage content planning, posting, and optimization while collaborating closely on campaign strategy.This is a contract role with flexible and varying hours. While the position is remote, must reside in the North Dallas area to support local clients and potential in-person needs.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Contribute to social media strategy development aligned to brand and campaign goals</li><li>Translate high-level objectives into clear content plans and posting schedules</li><li>Support campaign planning for organic and paid social activations</li></ul>Content &amp; Posting Management<ul><li>Manage posting for organic social channels using your own management tool</li><li>Schedule, publish, and optimize content using your own management tool</li><li>Ensure posts follow platform best practices, brand voice, and creative guidelines</li></ul>Paid Social Support<ul><li>Support paid social execution (boosting, ad setup, optimization) as needed</li><li>Collaborate on audience targeting, creative testing, and performance insights</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Monitor performance across platforms and flag trends, wins, and opportunities</li><li>Provide clear, concise performance summaries and insights</li><li>Use data to inform ongoing optimization of content and posting cadence</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Reside in North Dallas area or willing to commute as needed</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or clients</li><li>Proven experience across both organic and paid social media</li><li>Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends</li><li>Must have your own social media management tool (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Sprinklr, etc.)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently</li><li>Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail</li></ul>Proof of Work (Required)Applicants must provide:<ul><li>Examples of social media accounts or campaigns they&rsquo;ve managed</li><li>Links or screenshots demonstrating content performance, engagement, or growth</li><li>Brief explanation of their role in strategy, posting, and optimization</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience working with influencers or creator-led content</li><li>Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools</li><li>Experience supporting local or regional brands</li></ul>Why Phoenix Up CreatorsPhoenix Up Creators partners with local brands and creators to deliver data-driven, transparent, and performance-focused social strategies, with a primary emphasis on influencer marketing.
