Legal Intake SpecialistThis RoleIntake Specialists are the first voice potential clients hear from Finch. You&rsquo;ll build trust in minutes, qualify cases, and ensure every eligible client signs quickly and seamlessly. This 24/7 team is the front line of Finch&rsquo;s client experience.Responsibilities: <ul><li>Answer inbound calls for multiple Law Firms with empathy and professionalism</li><li>Qualify cases and confirm eligibility using defined criteria and an understanding of personal injury cases</li><li>Guide clients through the sign-up process and secure retainers</li><li>Hand off cases to attorneys and lead paralegals with complete and accurate information</li><li>Maintain responsiveness as a key builder of trust with every partner</li></ul>Your Team: Legal OperationsLegal Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes for our law firm partners and their injured clients with precision, speed &amp; care.
