Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.</li><li>Focus on end-to-end non-IT recruitment, with a key responsibility for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.</li><li>Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the hiring process, manage candidate pipelines, and generate recruitment reports.</li><li>Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events, anddirect outreach.</li><li>Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of skillset, experience, and alignment with company culture and productivity expectations.</li><li>Focus on hiring people who will be productive and contribute to the company&rsquo;s long-term success.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust approaches to continuously attract high-performing and reliable employees.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.</li><li>Track hiring metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-ofhire, and retention rates.</li><li>Work with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition for new hires into productive roles.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment roles.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) , HRIS platforms, and recruitment tools.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external candidates.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.</li><li>A keen eye for talent and the ability to assess not only qualifications but also long-term potential and productivity.</li><li>Familiarity with employment laws, hiring practices, and labor market trends.</li></ul>Pay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment?</li><li>What types of roles have you primarily hired for?
