Together, we are stronger.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.</li><li>Sales &amp; Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.</li><li>Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.</li><li>Additional duties and projects as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.</li><li>Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.</li><li>Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.</li><li>Tech-Savvy: Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs.</li><li>Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.</li><li>Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with the company&rsquo;s policies.</li><li>Clear spoken English to effectively communicate with customers.</li><li>Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and understand sales reports.</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Requires prolonged standing approximately four to 14 hours per day.</li><li>Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise on customer&rsquo;s feet as well as reaching and pulling to obtain or stock merchandise on storage racks.</li><li>May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs in order to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.</li><li>Required to lift items weighing 5 &ndash; 25 lbs regularly.
