</div><div>Finly Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <b>Ready Mix Concrete Dispatcher</b> to coordinate daily concrete deliveries, manage driver schedules, and ensure efficient plant operations.<br>
</div><div>This role is critical to maintaining on-time deliveries, strong customer relationships, and smooth communication between the plant, drivers, and job sites.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div>Schedule and dispatch ready-mix concrete trucks based on customer orders and job site needs<br>
<ul><li>
</li>Coordinate with batch plant operators to align production with delivery schedules<br>
<li>
</li>Communicate directly with drivers to manage routes, timing, and load assignments<br>
<li>
</li>Monitor delivery progress and adjust schedules in real-time to address delays or changes<br>
<li>
</li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery timing and updates<br>
<li>
</li>Maintain accurate daily logs of deliveries, tickets, and driver activity<br>
<li>
</li>Ensure efficient truck utilization and minimize downtime<br>
<li>
</li>Work closely with sales and operations teams to prioritize and adjust orders<br>
<li>
</li>Handle last-minute changes, weather delays, and job site challenges with professionalism<br>
<li>
</li></ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div>Experience in dispatching, logistics, construction, or ready-mix concrete preferred<br>

</li>Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment<br>
<li>
</li>Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure<br>
<li>
</li>Basic computer skills (dispatch software, spreadsheets, ticketing systems)<br>

</li>Knowledge of local roads, job site logistics, and construction schedules is a plus<br>
<li>
</li>High school diploma or equivalent required<br>
<li>

</div>Ready-mix or construction materials background<br>

</li>CDL knowledge or experience working with drivers<br>
