We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2>
As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities</li><li>
Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans</li><li>
Providing one-on-one therapy and family support</li><li>
Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care</li><li>
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions</li><li>
Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)</li><li>
Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What You Bring</h2>
We&rsquo;re looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care.<ul><li>
BCBA or BCaBA Certification</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field</li><li>
Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities</li><li>
Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)</li><li>
Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
