Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the ABA practice. This primarily remote position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage various tasks, facilitate communication between team members and clients, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. The Admin Assistant will support practice owners, allowing them to focus on their core work while also prioritizing Finni Health-specific administrative projects and tasks. 
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Training Support:<ul><li>
Assist with the onboarding process for new provider staff, including system access, training, and introductions to key personnel and practice workflows.</li><li>
Assist new providers in being integrated into the Practice Owner's operational vision.</li></ul>
Practice Owner Support and Communication:<ul><li>
Align Admin Assistant job duties with Practice Owner objectives.</li><li>
Keep the Practice Owner informed of the onboarding/training progress of team members.</li><li>
Establish and maintain regular communication and feedback loops with the Practice Owner.</li></ul>
General Administrative Duties:<ul><li>
Hiring and onboarding</li><li>
Insurance and note approval processes</li><li>
Time sheets and payroll</li></ul>
Social Media and Company Culture:<ul><li>
Manage and create social media content per the practice owner's request.</li><li>
Develop promotional materials.</li><li>
Promote employee engagement through team channels.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Meet)</li><li>
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.</li><li>
Familiarity with ABA practice operations is a plus.</li></ul>
