About the Role:</h3>
As a hybrid BCBA, you&rsquo;ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You&rsquo;ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism</li><li>
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans</li><li>
Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary</li><li>
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients</li><li>
Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Schedule:</h3><ul><li>
Flexible scheduling available!
</li><li>Setting: In-home, clinic, school, hybrid
</li><li>Hybrid work is encouraged, with travel to Bernalillo, NM occurring 1-2x per month for in-person supervision</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes</li><li>
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism</li><li>
Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions</li><li>
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation</li><li>
A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required</li></ul>
