The Role: Clinical Excellence via Telehealth
Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will be a vital link in the child&rsquo;s care team during the critical after-school window.<ul><li>
Customized Planning: Create and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct functional assessments.</li><li>
Remote Caregiver Coaching: Provide hands-on, compassionate training to parents via telehealth to ensure consistency in the home.</li><li>
Clinical Oversight: Monitor progress through precise data collection and collaborate with the broader clinical team.</li><li>
Team Collaboration: Attend remote team meetings to share insights and ensure a &quot;whole-child&quot; approach to care</li></ul> 
Credential Requirements<ul><li>
BCaBA Certification: Active certification from the BACB.</li><li>
MI LABA License: You must currently hold a Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license OR be willing to obtain it immediately upon hire. (We welcome applicants from any state!)</li><li>
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in behavior analysis.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.</li></ul>

Job Summary 
We&rsquo;re looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans in an in-home setting and supporting their growth. Success in this position requires flexibility, collaboration, a love for learning, and the ability to create meaningful learning opportunities in dynamic settings. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.</li><li>
Collaborate with team members, including BCBAs, LABAs, other Behavior Technicians, and families.</li><li>
Engage clients in activities that are fun, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to their interests.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of client progress and document behavioral data as required.</li><li>
Foster a positive, supportive learning environment with patience, encouragement, and effective communication.</li><li>
Participate in training sessions to strengthen skills and understanding of working with children with developmental needs.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with play-based teaching and assent-based care is a plus.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills to connect effectively with children, families, and team members.</li><li>
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs.</li><li>
Prior experience in toddler care or classroom settings is beneficial.</li><li>
A genuine passion for empowering children to reach their full potential through individualized support.</li></ul>

Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the ABA practice. This primarily remote position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage various tasks, facilitate communication between team members and clients, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. The Admin Assistant will support practice owners, allowing them to focus on their core work while also prioritizing Finni Health-specific administrative projects and tasks. 
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Training Support:<ul><li>
Assist with the onboarding process for new provider staff, including system access, training, and introductions to key personnel and practice workflows.</li><li>
Assist new providers in being integrated into the Practice Owner's operational vision.</li></ul>
Practice Owner Support and Communication:<ul><li>
Align Admin Assistant job duties with Practice Owner objectives.</li><li>
Keep the Practice Owner informed of the onboarding/training progress of team members.</li><li>
Establish and maintain regular communication and feedback loops with the Practice Owner.</li></ul>
General Administrative Duties:<ul><li>
Hiring and onboarding</li><li>
Insurance and note approval processes</li><li>
Time sheets and payroll</li></ul>
Social Media and Company Culture:<ul><li>
Manage and create social media content per the practice owner's request.</li><li>
Develop promotional materials.</li><li>
Promote employee engagement through team channels.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Meet)</li><li>
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>
