<div>BehaveAbility, LLC is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team and provide high-quality ABA services in-home and school-based settings. This is an impactful role serving St. Louis County and St. Charles County, MO.
Location: St. Louis County and St. Charles County 
Schedule: Monday through Friday, afternoon and evening availability required 
Job Type: Full-time (30+ hours per week)
 
Starting Pay: $65 per hour or commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans</li><li>
Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with the possibility of in-home or community-based sessions as needed</li><li>
Monitor client progress and modify intervention plans accordingly</li><li>
Collaborate with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams</li><li>
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
BCBA or BCaBA certification preferred</li><li>
Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure required; provisional licensure will be considered</li><li>
Experience providing ABA therapy for children</li><li>
Strong communication, clinical, and collaboration skills</li><li>
Reliable transportation for travel to school sites</li></ul>
