Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Recruitment and Selection:</li><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle for factory positions, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Identify staffing needs based on production requirements and workforce planning.</li><li>Conduct background checks and reference verifications.</li><li>Employee Relations:</li><li>Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.</li><li>Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and management.</li><li>Monitor employee morale and implement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Training and Development:</li><li>Develop and deliver training programs specific to factory operations, including safety procedures, quality control, and machine operation.</li><li>Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.</li><li>Identify training needs for employees based on performance gaps and skill development.</li><li>Compliance and Labor Laws:</li><li>Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws, including overtime regulations, minimum wage, and workplace safety standards.</li><li>Monitor and manage employee timekeeping and attendance.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.</li><li>Compensation and Benefits:</li><li>Administer employee compensation plans, including base pay, incentive programs, and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.</li><li>Performance Management:</li><li>Establish clear performance expectations and goals for factory employees.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.</li><li>Implement disciplinary actions as needed, following company policies.</li><li>Safety and Health:</li><li>Promote a strong safety culture within the factory by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training.</li><li>Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to prevent future occurrences.</li><li>Collaborate with the safety department on safety initiatives.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field</li><li>Proven experience in a manufacturing or factory setting</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and data analysis</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in hire labour management?</li><li>is palsana location ok for you?</li><li>Your current Salary</li></ul>Work Location: In person
